Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on wholesale orders over £350.
• Orders under £350 incur a delivery charge of £8.95.

Dispatch Times

• Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment, via a tracked courier service.

International Delivery

• All international orders are treated separately — email 

  enquires@rafatrad.co.uk

  for a quotation.
• Deliveries outside the UK mainland incur an additional delivery cost.

Delivery Attempts & Redelivery

• If no one is available and the goods can’t be posted through your letterbox, DHL/Royal Mail will leave a delivery note to rearrange delivery or for collection.
• If you do not collect or rearrange delivery in time, the goods may be returned; we may cancel and refund minus shipping charges.

Quantity Variance

The Customer is not entitled to reject the goods if up to ±5% variance in quantity occurs; the invoice will be adjusted pro-rata upon notice.

Delivery Completion & Risk

Delivery is deemed complete — and responsibility passes to you — once delivered to the address provided.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we endeavour to meet delivery timeframes, RAFATRAD Ltd accepts no liability for delays outside our reasonable control.
